[Bug]: Strange stage transition bug

During a transition sequence, this happened where the background bugged out and stretches as shown here.

Not sure what happened or if there's a setting I enabled to cause this (I have my draw distance increased to 4 and 6 in the Tweak's INI file when this happened).

That's caused by draw distance. It's sorta janky, lot of stuff have LOD issues. https://github.com/emoose/OutRun2006Tweaks/issues/97
