[Bug]: Default controls not saving on docked Steam Deck

When playing on a docked Steam Deck I have to use the controls on the handheld to navigate to the in-game options to select Xbox controller. The controller is connected to the Steam Deck and working before I launch the game. After I exit the game it does not save the default controller and reverts back to the Steam Deck controls when I launch the game again.

Could you test whether setting ControllerHotPlug to false in INI helps at all?
