How am I supposed to use this fix ?

I didn't find any instruction on where and how to put the file(s) in the game (am I supposed to take all of them ?) even in the readme file. Putting the files in the same folder as the engine.ini file didn't work. I am not a modder at all so its not obvious to me

To install simply extract the xinput1_3.dll & DQXIS-SDK.ini files into your steamapps\common\DRAGON QUEST XI S\Game\Binaries\Win64\ folder
