CI build not working properly?

Need to look into build created by CI, just tried 0.6.9 and the Input.ini messagebox wouldn't show up with it, but using DLL I built myself would show the messagebox fine, so I replaced the 0.6.9 release with DLL that I built.

There's also a ~13KB size difference between CI's DLL and Release build that I've made, no idea what's different between them though.
