Ctrl and Home / Command key does not work

Ctrl and Home / Command keys does not work on macOS.

I pushed a change in https://github.com/emoon/rust_minifb/commit/24d2ce4a99d5387528c1debbf6506f808120c943 Hopefully it will fix the problem your are seeing.

Unfortunately both still doesn't work (macos 10.14.6)

Ctrl worked but Home/Command key not.
