'Error whilst creating and seeding database'

I get this issue while trying to run app for the first time:

Exception has occurred: CLR/System.Exception An unhandled exception of type 'System.Exception' occurred in QuickApp.dll: 'Error whilst creating and seeding database' Inner exceptions found, see $exception in variables window for more details. Innermost exception System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception : The system cannot find the file specified.

Could you help me resolve this?
