The BootstrapSelectDirective (multi-select dropdown) does not always work

The BootstrapSelectDirective dropdown (used in the user role selection) has a bug and does not always work. If you click on an item, the status does not always change. If you continue to click, it will eventually start working and continuing to work, but sometimes it can take four clicks before it starts working.
