Outgoing octopus export rate

Related to https://github.com/emoncms/app/issues/172 but not the same..

It'd be useful if I could plug in the figures for outoing (for example, my very high figure of 4.10p/kWh on the SEG rate) into the Octopus Agile app.

Also, clarifying what the "Export" rate is in the table below. Is that Outgoing Agile rate?
