MyElectric2 should have "YEAR" view

MyElectric2, CostComparison and EVSE apps should have "YEAR" view. I've got 4yrs worth of data so the jump from "MONTH" to "All TIME" is massive! An annual 1yr view would be very useful and would make it consistent with other apps.
