Change brightness with scroll wheel when hovering the icon

Hi,

I suggest to be able to change the brighness by spining the scroll wheel when hovering the icon on taskbar, just as we can do with EarTrumpet.

Thank you for suggestion. Technically, it is not impossible but not easy. Maybe sometime in future.

@konhi Thanks for the link. I am geneally reluctant to use global hook and I don't think this feature has a value enough to resort to such an approach. If we use global hook, it means that this app will catch every mouse scroll events (it is fired at very short intervals) on the system and determine if it is done on the notification icon of this app.
