When using yum installation option automation fails because it expects an administrator password

Expected Behavior

To automatically insert the password found in /var/lib/jenkins/secrets/initialAdminPassword

Actual Behavior

I get an error saying: " Could not find or access '~/My_Projects/gitlab/ansible-provisioner/provisioner/jenkins-configs/secrets/' "

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
