Cannot map files

After following the instructions, I can not see any CSS files to select and map to an editor in the Livestyle tab. This is all I see, there are no columns left or right to the message:

Associate web page files (on the left) with editor files (on the right). Open more CSS files in editor to make them appear in drop-down menus.

It means you have no external stylesheets on your documents
