Not able to install package.

Tried to install package by clicking install button on https://atom.io/users/emmetio , it prompted to open it in atom and in atom I clicked install, this shows progress(on install button) for few seconds then stopped, it happens every time. also tried to restart atom and computer also. System: Windows 10
