Encode/Decode data:URL image not working in Espresso 2.2.3

Title sums it up, I can't do any encoding or decoding of images, all the other commands appear to work properly. I have the default shortcuts and I also tried changing them in System Preferences, and it doesn't work. I have followed the instructions on the documentation.
