Show what was added / removed on each commit inside time machine

On Emacs, its possible to see what changed on time_machine in gitsigns.

Would be awesome to have something close. Can be:

• Gitsigns with the changes ( i think is hard to do )
• Highlight what was added / where something is removed. Nice to have: See what is removed.

On the timemachine menu, can have also: Next change / previous change
