close a bug temporarily

hi, my wish is to close a bug temporarily but keep it in mind. change a bug to something like a Notice

in my surrounding are many bugs thet are kept open because the discussion should not be lost to warn other users or to keep de bug in mind becaus today the acess is restricted.

this are no bugs at all, but notices to other users
