Talk duration

The "Duration" field on the CfPs submission form is unclear as the website doesn't state anywhere what the choices are.

Maybe make this a drop-down box with the acceptable talk duration lengths ?

I don't know what talk length you'd accept, but I can imagine it looking something like this:

• Lightning talk: 10 minutes
• Regular talk: 25 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
• Regular talk: 45 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
