Operations aren't visible - ghost blocks

Description

When this is install operations don't change anything. When doing another one the previous one will be done up too the max blocks changed per tick is set too in this plugin.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set this plugin to 5000 block sorted
2. Do an set operation
3. See nothing happens
4. Do another one
5. See previous one has been done
