Minecraft 1.20.6 support

Just want to express interest for this mod to be updated to support 1.20.6. 🙂

I started looking into what changes would be required. The big problem is the changes made in 1.20.5 where the old NBT tag was removed and replaced with "components". I think this idea fits very well with the design think of Chime, but it will also require a fair amount of work to integrate properly into Chime.

I made some hacky attempt in my fork, but got stuck, and in the end I do not have time enough to spend on continue doing this work.
