Add Nebulous pride flag

Per request on the BlueSky app, attempting to add a "Nebulous" flag created by artist Jaws.

Changes Made

  • Added "Nebulous" pride flag SVG and data in prideflags.json

Testing

I was unable to conduct any testing. As a non-Python dev, I got as far as python manage.py runserver . I ran migrations, but it still just shows Server Error (500) with no logs or stack trace ¯\(ツ)/¯
