It looks like this package is currently unavailable on pypi. Would you consider uploading it ease of use?

Hi Gavin, I recently got a job in the field of Natural Language Understanding and I cannot continue the development and maintenance of this open source project. Therefore, it is probably not a good idea for me to make it available on pypi.

I intend to keep this project public to help everyone interested on this subject to get a simple starting playground for experiments. (this project is based on publicly available algorithms, data and training material).

If you want, feel free to fork this project and add it to pypi! :-)
