  • Port the configure script (or add installation instruction) for Windows
  • Create a Visual Studio solution

I don't have access to a Windows computer, but doesn't Win10 come with some sort of bash shell these days?

Even if that worked, there are lots of people that haven't moved on to Windows 10.
