Straightforward Import and Export leaves avatar in constant motion

Put simply, exporting from Blender directly to VRM works flawlessly on VSF, but importing and immediately exporting through (2019,4,31f1, current VSFSDK and UniVRM) leaves my avatar constantly moving forward in VSF.
