The seems to have been fixed for GCC 5.3 so that's the target for full GCC 5 compatibility but until then, GCC 5.2 should work unless you need to build...
That patch is for race condition testing, not for increasing test case throughput. It's a work in progress but it's not an effort by me personally so I can't speak...
It would probably make sense to be able to provide a string of characters (maybe sorted by size?) that serves as the alphabet.
I don't have any particular opinion on how this fits in to mettle, of course, but when it comes to RapidCheck, it would be awesome if you could provide `TestMetadata`....
I'd be more than happy to merge in support for mettle if it seems appropriate (w.r.t. feature coverage, test coverage, code quality etc.).
The Clippy failure is (obviously) unrelated to this change and also seems like a false positive.
@yoshuawuyts or someone else, any input on this?
