Add ExtraHeaders option to RegisterOptions

This will allow easily setting custom params while using .Register method, such as a non-standard User-Agent.

I am finding this extra now, as this will be refactored a bit. Idea is that for more customization you can create your own RegisterTransaction before and than customize request more. Thanks for opening this
