Packager build failed

On it. Packager switched to a newer buildpack for Go (https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-go). I just added glide to make the build work again, but that doesn't seem to work. :(

@emersion I think it is fully removed from packager.
What is current status of packages support?
Can we expect it in the future or even nearest future?

Probably not. Before being packaged, neutron needs to work, and it currently doesn't. Unfortunately, I currently don't have enough resources to maintain it.
