Smart notifications hiding behaviour

Imagine user get notification which should be closed in 30s. Can this timer start from moment when user start to type something or use mouse?

It should be possible to use a tool like swayidle to change mako's mode when the user is away from their machine. You could create a mode with ignore-timeout=1 and default-timeout=0 set so that notifications do not disappear when idle, and then set the mode back to default when the user returns.
