Subscribe/unsubscribe support

It appears hydroxide does not currently support IMAP subscribe/unsubscribe. For a user with folders, this means every email will be duplicated in "all mail" and the folder. Is there any plan to implement subscribe? Or otherwise configure which folders are served over the IMAP interface?

I've made some progress in figuring this out. listLabels() can be modified to filter on folder name. So we need to add SUBSCRIBE/UNSUBSCRIBE support via the IMAP interface, and then only list the folders that are marked as SUBSCRIBE. Shouldn't be too hard to do but I am a go neophyte.
