hydroxide 0.2.28

This error seems to be happening for some mails and I'm not sure why. It also creates infinite loops of mails where everything spirals out of control and I have to stop postfix on the machine sending the mail.

I'm having the same issue with 0.2.29 - again, not sure why. @emersion is there a reason for this?
