The content of the emails that I'm receiving from a specific sender is always empty

I' m experiencing a problem with all the system messages that I'm receiving from a specific sender (a cryptocurrency exchange). The body of the emails shows as always empty (both in html mode and in text only mode), but if I look at the source of the message the content is there. No errors shows up in console. I'm using Thunderbird 78.6.1 on linux.
