I can't restore access to my wallet
Today I installed a new system, installed emerald wallet, and now I'm completely angry, but I don't know who?! private key - does not give access, secret phrase - does not give access, json file - does not give access.
What to do with it now? What am I doing wrong? Before everything was easy, but now everything is broken. Help with instructions or advice.

Hi @wivelt. I'm very sorry you're having this problem. Can you provide more details so we can fix it.
Which version of the wallet do you use? Do you have the same error for any of the mentioned types of the key?
@wivelt we have a new release that is supposed to fix your issue. Can you try with v2.9.4? Thank you
