Assembly values guide

Hi,

Many thanks for sharing this breakout board. I'm in the process of making one and like to have a printout of the values for assembly, so I worked on the F.Fab layer a little to get a simple cheat sheet. I've attached a screen grab in case it's useful to anyone else.
