Change AWS SDK to the version that support OIDC

OIDC support will improve embulk usability in EKS. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/iam-roles-for-service-accounts-minimum-sdk.html

Thanks for your contribution. But sorry, please let us have some time to merge this for the same reason as https://github.com/embulk/embulk-util-aws-credentials/pull/6

I believe it can be done sooner before v0.11...
