Skip error records option

Support option for skipping error records instead of aborting. Error records should be written in log file (or another OutputPlugin?). And user may want to know number of error records.

@hito4t Sorry for mention this after a long time. Does this issues was supported in latest version? I finding exactly option as your comment but not found in latest plugin setting. If you known how to setting this, please help me.
