Please keep this issue open. I think it's worth having a clean resolution (which may require some upstream fixes to Sage and/or Jupyter)
I was thinking something a bit more ambitious, though maybe more ambitious than I have time for... A lot of this machinery can work in general for creating an InnoSetup...
No idea why develop would be broken, but if you set `SAGE_VERSION=9.2` it should work.
IIRC this used to work, or at least, there was a file upload option but it was removed? What needs to be done to overcome the original problems with this...
It seems the biggest issue is then just ensuring a certain level of quality, and now allowing spam and or non-docs to be hosted. Perhaps the feature could be enabled...
The current list includes even people who have made like one typo fix in the docs and have never since contributed again. But I'm okay with that and I believe...
