Deprecate DS.Model._debugInfo

I'll post more thoughts on this later, but I think the debug-info API which largely exists to support the chrome extension is unnecessary. Some of this information will be more readily available to the chrome-extension directly via public API's soon (or is already), and the rest should perhaps be something we leave to the extension to extract.

I think those improvements got stuck in committee. Likely data just needs to go do its own thing.
