Unable to copy some code blocks

This issue was confirmed on multiple machines. On pages like http://api.emberjs.com/ember/3.9/functions/@ember%2Fapplication/getOwner, it is strangely difficult to highlight the first few lines of code. I suspect something with the floating header is interfering, but I’m not sure what.

@jenweber I'm seeing issues with the clipboard addon we're using when I try to build, I think we have some infra issues.
