Make docs a standalone application.

Migrate docs usage into the main application and do not leverage the dummy app for docs

Awesome, we going to improve a lot our DX to continue doing ember-engines up-to-date and evolve it. Also, I'd like to consider it a release 2.0 for docs after we finish all items into #55
