An accessible ember route change announcer
The [ember-cli-document-title](https://github.com/kimroen/ember-cli-document-title) addon used by this addon is calling 'self.router', which has been deprecated/removed in ember, causing error. See [ember-cli-document-title issue #83](https://github.com/kimroen/ember-cli-document-title/issues/83)
The route-announcer generates an ember-global deprecation warning (https://deprecations.emberjs.com/v3.x/#toc_ember-global). Could you please fix it?
