conflict in rhel 7.6 with aero snapping

When I tested shelltile in rhel 7.6, I was getting conflicts with aero snapping still being enabled. it was preventing snapping to top left and right quarters, instead always snapping to a half screen.

the solution was to disable aero snapping for shelltile to take over the job, and this should probably occur when sheltile is enabled with this function-

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.classic-overrides edge-tiling false
