Fetching audio and video ok but no subtitles

Hi

This tool is awesome and working very good except when I try to download a video, it says it found subtitles and it runs the command to convert the subtitle from STPP to TTML but I don't see the file anywhere. Also when it says it's fetching the subtitle segments I don't see the temp subtitle file in the temp folder on Windows.

Anyone an idea?
