Update packages, make next build work

Hi @emanuelefavero, first of all, it's a nice template that you've created! I saw it's running on Next.js 13 and decided to upgrade it to the newest version. I had to make some small changes to make it work with next build script.

Feel free to adjust this MR if you think it needs some changes
