Not at all, forms will be staying as long as microsoft continues to support development on it.

saying there was support may have been a bit of a stretch, it was **very** buggy and was rushed through because a user _really_ wanted it and just wouldn't leave...
how do you setup that phpmig.sets item, I keep getting Identifier "phpmig.sets" is not defined. when I do it the way described on this post.
seems to be a bug, I forked your code and looking to fix it
