It seems that once you stage your changes, git-gutter does not visualize them anymore.

This is probably less than awesome. Perhaps consider adding a feature for this?

I would love having a visual indicator for staged lines. More than once I've just unstaged a whole buffer because I forgot what I had and hadn't staged.
