Mention Emacs' built-in theme editor in README.md

It would be nice for README.md to also mention Emacs built-in custom theme editor (M-x customize-create-theme). The built-in editor allows creating a theme from scratch, modifying an existing theme, or merging two themes. The UI is typical Emacs, but the functionality is there.
