Doesn't work with EIN

EIN is used for editing jupyter-notebook files and it seems like this doesn't update properly when a file is saved. It updates when you add something but when it is saved the marks still stay yellow. Seems like a real edge case so I don't expect this to actually be fixed but just wanted to report it in the event someone else figured out how to get it to work.

Interesting! I have never had this issue before. 🤔 Maybe there are some sort of functionalities in EIN hampering line-reminder to transfer to saved lines. Can you try M-x line-reminder-transfer-to-saved-lines and see if there are any errors? Make sure M-x toggle-debug-on-error is enabled. 🤔

Doing that seems to work just fine, no errors thrown!
