Missing support for MATLAB and octave syntax

Any thought about adding syntax for MATLAB and octave languages. EDIT: after searching I found a repo that implement MATLAB and can be included in the emacs-tree-sitter-langs package MATLAB ==> https://github.com/mstanciu552/tree-sitter-matlab OCTAVE ==> https://github.com/mstanciu552/cmp-octave
