Talk in VimConf 2018

As my proposal was accepted, I will talk at VimConf 2018 at Tokyo, Japan on Nov 24, 2018.

Title: Modern editor-independent development environment for PHP Abstract: Text editors are preferred by programmers as a substitute for heavy IDE. However, in today's software development it is known that IDE is useful for dynamic languages as well. There are many cases where IDE is recommended instead of a text editor for productivity at the development site.

I introduce how to add support for language specific functions comparable to IDE to text editor. I also refer to tools for intelligent PHP development and how to apply them to Emacs and Vim.
