lsp-ui-peek details in a child frame?

Right now I can't scroll in the peek overlay part. Also, the code formatting is not correct as per the major mode of the buffer displayed in the peek area. Is it possible to do something like https://tuhdo.github.io/emacs-frame-peek.html ?

@akermu in #441 has some function advice to make peek work with posframe.

The only benefit seems to be that the frame can span multiple windows. It doesn't appear to enable scrolling. But even that is an improvement.
