helm-exwm-switch-browser-other-window switches to other workspace if the browser is open (and not buried) there

helm-exwm-switch-browser-other-window works perfectly in most cases:

• the browser is not open
• the browser is open in the current workspace (buried or not)
• the browser is open in another workspace and buried

But if the browser is open in another workspace and not buried, helm-exwm-switch-browser-other-window will jump to that workspace instead of bringing the browser in the current workspace in another window.
